    A $249 million bond measure promised to update 19 aging schools in the Anaheim Union High School District, but opponents said that property owners are still paying off a previous bond that was approved 12 years ago. If Measure H is approved on Nov. 4, high school and junior high campuses within the district would see faster Internet links, updated classrooms and plumbing repairs, according to an Anaheim Union report....
