BOARD OF TRUSTEES’ MEETINGS SCHEDULE

2008

Listed below are the dates you must FAX/call/email in the exact agenda title (subject line on briefing form) you want added to that month's agenda and the dates the actual CAMERA-READY agenda items must be on the Barbaralee’s desk (707)374-1711 (by noon) (Emails are acceptable, (bmoore@riverdelta.k12.ca.us) Faxes are not) if they are to be included in the Agenda Packet. – so timing is everything.

 Note: ► Your item has to be approved first by your site administrator/principal You MUST attend the Cabinet meeting prior to the Board meeting (check with Barbaralee) to have final approval for its inclusion.

LATE ITEMS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED.

THE BOARD HAS STATED EMERGENCY ITEMS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED UNLESS VALIDATED AS A REAL EMERGENCY OR A REAL TIME-LINE EMERGENCY AND NOT THAT IT WAS NOT SUBMITTED ON TIME BECAUSE YOU FORGOT.

All Agenda Items must be typed and “camera-ready" and on the standard Board Agenda Briefing Form (see below).  Please know that FAX copies are not acceptable except as place holders--the originals must be received by the date due.  IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CALL THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY AT 707/374-1711 OR 374-1700!   If you have an item on the Board you MUST attend the Cabinet meeting held the Monday or Tuesday the week prior to the Board Meeting.

Special Board Meetings will be posted 24 hours prior to the meeting date and time.
