    More than 300 blue and silver gowns shone in the setting sun's last rays on Friday evening as Excelsior Charter Schools celebrated their class of 2015 at Heritage Field. The graduating Eagles, who come from Excelsior's six school sites, including Victorville, Barstow, Norco, Phelan, and most recently, Ontario, marched onto the field as the processional was led by the Excelsior Board and senior class representatives....
