    A San Joaquin County man who worked for the Federal Bureau of Prisons is facing the possibility of life in prison after he was indicted for sex trafficking Thursday, authorities said. A federal grand jury returned a one-count indictment charging Charles Carstersen, 52, of Manteca with sex trafficking of a minor, U.S. Attorney Benjamin Wagner said in a news release....
