Assigning Slate Editors
You can allow visitors to "subscribe" to Tablets on Slates.
*This section applies to Slates that have been added to non-teacher pages only. Instructions for teacher pages can be found in the "Teachers" section.
In order to let visitors subscribe to your Tablets, you must first designate a Slate editor.
Note: Only Site Administrators can assign Slate Editors
To assign a Slate Editor
1) When logged in and editing the Slate page, Click on "Assign Slate Editor"
just to the right of the Slate title
2) Add a new user or select one from the drop down menu in the Assign Editor pop up window. *If you are to be the Slate editor, select your name from the "Select User" drop down menu.

3) Click "Submit"
4) Now click on "Slate Settings"
5) Check the "Tablet Change Notification Subscription:" box

6) Click "Submit"
Visitors can now sign up to be notified when the content of the Slate or Tablets changes.
