How long does it take to create and launch a school's website?
You can create and launch your school's website in 5 minutes or less once you have your activation key. WebSchoolPro is a database-driven solution. Because we have your school's basic information in our database along with pre-populated page content, it automatically inserts the information into the website you create. We have a school website, how can we transition to WebSchoolPro?
It is easy to transition your school website in order to take advantage of the ease and more robust features of WebSchoolPro. Either you can transition your website by first creating a WebSchoolPro website and then copying and pasting content from your existing site within the new one or we can do it for you for a small fee (usually no more than $500). Can we pay WebSchoolPro to manage and update content on our school websites?
The answer is yes...although our goal is that you don't need to pay anyone to update your website because it is so easy. Simply log in, click on what you want to update, create your changes and then save. It's that easy. No technical experience is involved. If you can send an email, you can update a WebSchoolPro website. We provide tutorials and support so that even your students can update your school's website. It is a great way to get parents and students involved.
What kind of sponsors would be allowed on our school website?
We guarantee that inappropriate sponsors will not appear on your school's website. We highly value the school community environment and will form sponsor relationships that enrich the school community. You can be sure that here at WebSchoolPro, we are very conscientious about this subject, the bottom line, if it doesn't work for you, it doesn't work for us.
If we choose the Free version, are there any other costs we should be aware of?
No. There is no reason that your school should need to incur any costs to take advantage of the power of the WebSchoolPro solution. It is easy to update your website with any changes you want to make. Costs and bottlenecks that occur because of a need for a webmaster are eliminated. Teachers, Students and Parents can all get involved in making your school's website a timely, active and involved community. There is no charge to host your school website or for periodic enhancements WebSchoolPro may make. Our mission is to make websites a community resource center, not a cost center.
How long is our free site really free?
If you select the Ad supported "free" solution, there is no charge to host your school website or for periodic enhancements WebSchoolPro may make. This is not a limited time or trial offer. Absolutely. WebSchoolPro does offer additional fee based support and training as well as custom design and programming. If you need help with converting your existing sites, integrating other web based services you are using, or need custom programming and scripting, contact us.
What if we really want to use your product, but our District has a policy against advertising? Do you have a version we can pay for?
Of course. We offer both the advertising and a subscription based model. There is no difference between the sites, other than the presence of advertising on the free sites. Functionally, they are exactly the same. Subscription are based on annual fees and priced at $1500 per year per school. Sites for District Offices start at $2000 per year.
If we opt for the paid subscription model, do we get a discount for purchasing multiple years in advance?
Absolutley. The more years you purchase the more you save. Call for details.
Do you support email accounts for schools?
We do offer fee based email services on domains hosted with us. The cost is $49 per year for each 10 accounts. (min 10).

Do you offer WebSchoolPro outside of the U.S.?
Yes, of course. WebSchoolPro is available to any school, anywhere. Any school in the US, public, private, religious and charter can use our automated system to create their new website. Schools outside of the US can fill out a simple request form. WebSchoolPro is not language specific, so when we say any school, anywhere, anytime, we mean it! Once your request is approved (usually within 24 hours) you will receive an activation code and a link to get started.
I'm not a techie, and I'm not sure I should be the one to activate our school site, can you show me what to expect once I request the activation code?
