Times Report BLYTHE - A 73-year-old Blythe man has been arrested on two counts of child annoyance, two counts of attempting to lure a juvenile into a vehicle, and two counts of stalking. Jeff Hsieh, who lives in the18000 block of Maple Drive in the unincorporated area of Blythe, was arrested October 1 after a lengthy investigation by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department Colorado River Station....

The hospital recently received a grant from the U.S. Health Resourcews and Service Administration to implement a diabetes and obesity prevention program for children in kindergarten through sixth grade. The program, which is the first health and educational awareness program to be brought to Blythe, is called the Palo Verde Children's Outreach Program....
