    An Oakland man was sentenced today to 35 years to life in state prison for his premeditated attempted murder conviction for shooting a former San Lorenzo High School student who had beaten up his son last year. Darren Andre Cleveland, 49, was also convicted of shooting from a vehicle with an enhancement for causing great bodily injury, assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon....
