Prosecutor Elgin Lowe said Daniela Guzman, 21, didn't kill Afoa but her anger that a friend of Afoa broke up with her set off a chain of events that led to Afoa's death....

    School community members have planned several fundraisers to help defray funeral costs for the family of Osana Futi, an 18-year-old Newark Memorial High student who was fatally stabbed last weekend. Any funds raised will go toward the Osana Futi Memorial Fund and will help pay for funeral services in the East Bay and for transporting the teen's body to American Samoa, where he was born, for services there, said Stacy Kelly, president of the Newark Memorial High boosters....
