Wilson School Childcare Program
Hours of operations Our childcare is open from 6:30am to 8:15am and closes prompt at 6:00pm. A late pick-up charge of $1.00 per minute after 6:00pm will be charged to your account.

First child $3.00/hour
Second child $2.50/hour
Drop in charges are due the day of service
Drop in children $5.00/hour
Registration Fee The registration fee for the first child is $40.00 and $30.00 for the second child. For the third child and so forth there is no charge of registration.
Returned Checks There is a charge for all returned checks of $14.00 to cover the bank's charges to us.
Registration Procedures Before a child attends our center, we need certain information to ensure your child's safety. It ios very important that we are kept aware of any changes made to your address, phone numbers (especially work and emergency numbers), and the names of people other than parents who may pick up youur child or who are to be called if your child is ill.
Updating Personal Information It is the parent's responsibility to keep us informed immediately of ANY changes to information in your child's files. In case of an emergency, we have to know how to reach you or an alternate person.
Signing In and Out State law requires that upon arrival and pick-up, you are to sign your child in and out. There is also a space provided for you to note if someone different is to pick up your child. We will require that person to show identification.
Lunches and Snacks Please provide a nutritious lunch. Also keep in mind that your child may want an extra large lunch, as there will be lots of outdoor play. A snack will be provided at about 3:00pm in childcare. We have also a 5:00 snack that is where the children are to supply their own snack that was sent extra from home in their lunch. Please inform us if your child has any special food allergies.
Discipline A child who is creating a poroblem will be asked to sit away from the group for a "time out". Children who intentionally hurt another person or purposely destroy school property will be sent to the office for further discipline.
Communication Pleas feel free to discuss any problems your child may have with our staff. It is helpful for us to know if something is happening in your child's like.
Parents' Rights Please feel free to visit and observe the childcare center at any time. Your input is always appreciated.
*As our childcare center is a non-profit center; we depend upon your prompt payments of fees. We must be in receipt of your monthly contracted fees and/or drop in fee before we can extend additional childcare for future service. This is also relied upon to schedule staff to better supervise the children in childcare. If payment is not received within thirty days it will be Delinquent and will be sent to collections.
